NCAA Tournament Expands to 76 teams

"The location of the new site has yet to be determined, but it is expected to be located west of the Eastern Time Zone to help logistics."

So the Dayton, OH and Laramie, WY play-in games? It can't be a potential future first round site.

I imagine given the map of schools in division 1 they'll still look to place it in the central time zone to reduce travel.

It doesn't necessarily have to be in the same place every year the way Dayton has been. There are less options in the central time zone for cities that A) are big enough to have the first 4 and B) aren't already on that regular first\second round rotation.
