CW, MBB tournament expansion is not a cash grab as you indicated. There were questions as to whether or not Turner would pay enough for the extra games to cover NCAA operating expenses for a second play-in venue, travel costs, etc.

The expansion is more so about crybaby coaches from the P5 conferences wanting more job security by increasing the odds they make the NCAAs.

Chris mentioned during the show that Iowa State is significantly smaller than B1G/SEC teams. I used Gemini to do some comparisons and I was surprised to see that Iowa State is technically "smaller" in the trenches, but overall the 2026 roster is comparable to Iowa and Ohio State overall. I add Colorado because of all the online hate they have taken for having small skill players. The one area that did surprise me was LB size. Is this based upon who we could get or scheme?
