I think that Arizona buzzer beater is going to be the best scenario for at least an Elite 8 run and hopefully Final 4. All weighs on Ames legend Lipsey healthy, JJ, Milan and Toure in tour face D. Oh, and making free throws. I wouldn't bet against this team.

don’t want a Hampton or UAB repeat, but if ISU can beat AZst by 49 and TTU by 24, Tennessee St should be game over at halftime. They are ranked 187 in Kenpom. Play Tamin 16 minutes. Play Jefferson 18 minutes.
That isn't going to happen. No coach in the country would do that and no game is over at half unless it's like 50 points and that won't happen either.
Another reminder: the 99-00 team was up by 20 in the first round early in the gsme.

ISU beat Lipscomb by 28 in 1st round last year with no Gilbert and with Lipsey injured.

Iowa State was up 16 at half so the game wasn't over.
A few starters played over 30 minutes.

Or that team. They just kind of stumbled through the big 12 tourney and all season hated it when opponents got into them a bit and seemed straight dysfunctional that day.
Friday could always go sideways but it won't be like that kind of group.
