It's a narrative that CBS is pushing because reasons. Even "all my homies hate" Lunardi has them at a 3 (although he's "greened" their entry, which means they're moving up) with ISU as a 2.

Watching the Wisconsin-Michigan game... I'm not really impressed with either team.
There's a player named Chandler Bing that plays for Vanderbilt. I saw him score and had to give a double take. My mind is blown lol

Conference tournaments are weird. Duke barely beat Florida State, Florida is getting smashed by Vandy, Michigan is just going through the motions. I think these top teams have their minds on next week already.
It's college bball in general.
Michigan has done this sort of thing a lot this season and UW isn't one to mess with in how streaky they are.
They are all locked in to 1 seeds so it’s only of they have interest in winning the tourny or trying new lineups
Michigan has done the 'FA' part a lot and I think it will get them earlier than anticipated in the tournament.
Yeah they can beat anybody with the way they shoot the three, sounds weird to say about a Wisconsin team that is high octane offensively and not much defensively.
I keep repeating this but they've been that way for the past decade.
