A lot of holding by AU not called until the last 30 seconds. Tough game. I’d like to have it gone to OT
one of my favorite moments was after that went it lipsey went straight to toure and gave him a high five

Don’t see how you can say FTs were the difference. If we shoot 75%, yeah, we get two more at the FT line but we’re also going to run different offensive plays if we’re 2 points closer and wouldn’t necessarily mean we end up winning. Now, if we were up and then missed FTs, then you could make that argument.

He came in and hit what was (at the time) the game-tying 3-pointer. He'll be fine. Especially with a week's rest and recovery. (honestly - part of the reason why I was conflicted about playing again tomorrow night)
The refs were letting it go both ways, we did not lose tonight because of the refs. They were letting them play the entire game. We made 14 three pointers, but shot 50% from the line, while they were 63% and shot more. If we shot free throws at 75% tonight, the game is OT, shot better than that, and we win.
What is wrong with you. Arizona is a well coached team with quality players. They looked pretty good to me. Put down the whiskey for the night and get some rest.
Others have said it but I think it deserves repeating. Arizona played REALLY well. Basically all game they showed why they are elite in almost every single way.
And it took their best to beat us tonight.
That was an incredible game. Go State!. By the way, is it ok to say Go KU? I cant stand Sampson. Also, that would likely put us above UH in kenpom and help the 2 seed prospects.
We actually grained ground in Kenpom from that game.
