Its his second triple double night, but perhaps the biggest play is not included in those stats, namely, the out-of-nowhere block on the defensive end.

Not only are there very few players who've ever recorded a triple double, until last night nobody in the history of the Big 12 conference has ever done it more than once. Jefferson's done it twice in 18 days.

That's impressive, folks.

I'm really intrigued about Jefferson's chances to make it at the next level. He's such a unique player.

Like Niang, Jefferson is not particularly quick and doesn't play above the rim, so I'm afraid it would be tough for him to make a living down low. However, he's got such a great handle for a big guy which gives him incredible court vision. He's also extremely unselfish, something you don't see a lot in the NBA.

I know Jefferson has recently added the 3 point shot to his game this season, but I'm thinking he'll need to develop it even more. Also, he has defended pretty well on the perimeter this season. He needs to keep developing that as well.

I’m not saying get a triple double every game…. But can the team just play like this every game? Seems like a good strategy….
