Seems like that'd be a favorable draw. Yes, UConn is in the top half, but any of the 1 seeds would be steep hill if a 3 advances that far (and I don't know if I'm expecting Final Four run just yet).

Fort Worth on second weekend, OU has advantage regionally but it's in big 12 venue.

The Big East in an interesting situation. On a recent Williams and Blum, Chris was talking about being blown away by the willingness to spend on MBB, but that clearly doesn't translate to WBB other than UCONN. Heck, we had a buy game against Butler a few years ago.

The Big 12 would benefit from UConn's addition in basketball. Football is obviously king. They are 9-4 last season and 9-3 this season, but with only 3 P4 wins.
