CU AD Rick George stepping aside at end of school year

There’s no way Deion isn’t a nightmare to deal with. Probably took some out of him. That’s on him though.
Honestly though with his health concerns, is Deion even that big a headache longer than the next year or two?

Joel Klatt doesn’t talk about Deon anymore. Wasn’t long ago he was in savior mode.

I admire Deion for trying but he had such mystique it kind of was inevitable he couldn’t live up to his own legend as a player and personality.

I think Deon is done at the end of the season. My friends in Colorado think he’s going to retire.

I have a feeling that's going to be over at the end of this year with far more middling results than anyone expected.

Neither a spectacular failure nor a giant success.
I've gone back and forth on this. I could see Deion resigning and saying it's for health reasons, and it very well may be. I could also see him not wanting to leave as a failure. Who knows?

I've also wondered about your option #1. Negotiate a buyout and walk away. Nobody gets fired and Prime can ride off into the sunset having done some positive things (despite it not showing in the wins).

He was VERY vocal in Maui during our bball game against them. VERY vocal.

I don’t think Deion wants to leave as a failure, but I think his health issues are legitimately serious.

I honestly think he should step down for his own health. I would say this if they were undefeated.

Is this common at all colleges? Daily fights breaking out in football practice?
