CF POSTGAME: No. 14 Iowa State hangs on to beat Arkansas State

Respectfully, The level of “********” by Chris on the schedule is unprecedented. You guys cover Iowa State better than anyone so clearly saw Pollard talk about the economics of the game. If Iowa State is the program we think it is they should be able to beat middle of the line group of 5 teams on the road. A quick search on today’s games alone shows we are not alone scheduling these : Duke, Utah, SMU and of course others have already been played. Of course I would prefer home or away at a power 4 but we need to calm down on this topic.

He talked a lot about fans b*ching in the pod while doin it himself, so used the quotations.

Also said game was scheduled in 2013, but to me pretty irrelevant. With need to save money for revenue sharing I think just as likely to schedule tommorow.

If it didn’t make financial sense in Pollard’s eye we wouldn’t have played this game. He’s a very bright guy with a cpa. If you don’t want play these games…donate.
