    I disagree. They would have went indy rather than join the MWC or Big12. Academics matter to academics. Would the SEC's money convince them to look the other way? maybe... I don't believe you'll see Duke join the Big 12 even if their whole world collapses for the same reason. Academics matter...

    Monte Morris via Nuggets and Brock Purdy via 49ers have me watching pro sports for the first time. NBA sparingly, but 49ers I haven't missed since Purdy started. Greedy money seekers and conference realignment is doing its best to kill college sports. Its still more fun.
