The property is zoned Ag with an Environmentally Sensitive overlay. Using it as a seasonal parking lot might be pushing it a bit, but I’m not sure I believe the city wants them to put down a bunch of pavement in the flood plain. -

Facebook gave local (and national) news a “free” platform and artificially boosted traffic until they were fully committed and had basically no other means of getting eyeballs.
