    That's my point though, if you pick any 15 schools from the P4, there will always be some that are hot, and some that were recently hot that get above average ratings.     Overall Toure. Primary guard defender and primary ball handler will put him in action every play that he is on the floor. Of the new guys, Bond has the highest upside this coming year imo, unless Singleton develops faster than expected.
