    No love for BYU? I know the focus is probably on Arizona State and TCU if you’re looking at unranked teams that could jump in from the Big 12, but BYU seems to keep chugging along even with the off-season swap for Retzlaff.

    This. Brisket is great when done at home or at a true BBQ joint. It’s just not done well outside of those. And fajitas (while great) are absolutely not a state fair food.
