    When I worked food service in Oak-Elm, the worst job the pots and pans shift. In the Spring though it was the best job. There was this secluded area on the northeast side of the building where the window viewing was perfect for sunbathing even some topless gals! :oops:

    So a friend of yours, who has a friend that is friends with the neighbor of the lot owner’s second cousin (twice removed) boyfriend’s mom, basically told you this. Sounds solid to me! Might have to text Lee Ballard, one of the owners of the Unhaunted Forest and get the scoop.

    Seems strange since there a few more grass lots around the stadium. I talked with Lee a couple of months ago and they were approached by a realtor who wanted to put apartments there.

    My grandpa told me if I ever chewed tobacco, I’d better tie my pants legs shut. I did for about a week, but it just made me jittery. His saying may have held true if I had eaten a whole bag of Lay’s Olestra Chips.

    I’ve brined a whole pork loin before. About 3 hours on top rack of my smoker. I was amazed at the flavor and how moist it was. I went to 150 IT with it too.

    Had a few ribs from some rib roasts that I decided to smoke and go with the Mississippi Pot Roast Method. 4 hours on the smoker at 225 then 4 hours at 250. I added some spicy beef stock along with A Jus mix and brown gravy mix. Along with pepperoncinis and juice. The meat was fall of the bone.

    Saw lots of broken branches and a couple trees around the Somerset area this morning. Even a dangling cable from a tree just west of the RR crossing on 24th. I live just east of grand on 24th and my gauge showed 1.3”.

    Three of our lilacs bloomed last fall. I don’t know if powdery mildew last summer affected them or what.

    Probably mine also. I usually go one or twice a week and once in while for Sunday for their brunch. Sunday night and Monday night you can get 20 bone-in wings for $16.

    We did the eero system through T-Mobile/Metronet. When we went to the founder plan $70/year for 10 years and they upgraded us to the Pro 7 eeros for free. Pretty simple and we don't pay a monthly fee for them either.

    Is Vet Med parking difficult to get in/out of.

    See the Schainker Park project. Is this like year four for this project? I also wonder how Con-Struct seems to get the the majority of the road projects in Ames.
