    And that's why I'm ok not playing in a bowl game. The players would have been auditioning for another team. And it wouldn't have been the players that were starters that are leaving as they would have opted out.

    The over the cap still needs to meet FMV through Deloitte. My question is since this was the House settlement, is it a felony if a player/school violates this. If so, that would help curtail it. Also, if it is above FMV, it has to be an issue with the IRS I would think.

    I’m actually surprised how few are entering the transfer portal with the 105 roster limit next year. Maybe many of the walk ons will just give up on their football playing.
