    just got on the board to check out rumors concerning the coaching search, and saw Pat Hill's name in the mix. Currently living in the Fresno area and following the team closely for the last four years, I have mixed feeelings with this news. I actually have met Pat Hill on a couple of occasions...

    Yeah, I had a sweet deal when I got in. Did three years of undergrad to get my required courses and then was allowed to backtransfer my first year vet med courses to fill my BS degree. Two years with one stone.

    Teen averages 15,000 text messages a month!!!

    There is one useful function I have found for texting. I live in California and try to get all the 'Clone games I can on either radio or TV, but if I can't my brothers, who are at the games, text me updates a couple times per half. Not a great way to follow a game, but keeps up to speed.

    I live in California and have no relatives in Eastern Iowa, but it has affected my business. We buy 8 unit trains a month of corn, as well as corn gluten, DDG, etc (corn byproducts). The flooding and wet weather has influenced the price of corn (smokin' high) as well as put pressure on rail...

    . They dominated the midfield, and the counter-attack was tremendous, and i agree with the referres decision on the first goal I watched this game but never heard the official's decision on the first goal. It looked like offsides to me...but I didn't care as I was hoping the Dutch would win

    Sam Mack could fly..especially before the bullet. That 88-89 team was loaded and young (Victor, Mack, Baugh), that off-season felt a lot like loosing Johnson this season

    How did you become a Clone fan?

    Born into it, and although it has at times been tough, I am and always have been die hard Cardinal and Gold. All of my siblings (6) are Clones and either married Clone fans or converted their spouses. My kids (4 and 3/4) have "drank the kool-aid" and know fully well never to wear black and gold...

    Born in Boone (Dad was at ISU) Sioux Center Ames ( I was at ISU) Sioux Center Visalia, CA Still not grown up and would love to be back in 'Clone Country...if not for me at least for my kids sake!

    Greatest Dunks in ISU History

    1st post and I am showing my age, but does anyone recall the dunk by Sam Mack in the Big 8 tourney (1989 I think ?). It was a pass from Terry Woods that was nowhere near the rim and Mack went WAY up to get it and poke it through...incredible athlete, incredible dunk
