    Team - Your complaints are not unheard. I had two hours of meetings with our new ad team working on things last week. Unfortunately, this is not my area of expertise and I am very reliant upon others to make the proper changes that we need to see happen. At least in terms of my own user...

    I know it sucks. But I promise we are working on it. We switched ad vendors in November and are continuing to work on the issue. I promise it's not a lack of trying. I'm as frustrated as you are.

    Jimmy is doing a big media round starting next week. Those guys have been great. Just a lot going on. I don't expect them to be doing much media till they have a roster.
