    Beau Jo's actually started 6 years before GPS&D and I'm pretty convinced that that's where they got the basic idea from. I'm a big pizza nerd and I've looked into this before. They do offer a wheat crust, but it doesn't touch Great Plains.

    I believe it started over in the Weirton/Steubenville area. I don't know of any Ohio Valley style in Pittsburgh proper.

    It's Ohio Valley style and it's incredible. Cheese and toppings are put on right out of the oven. Pepperoni or maybe pepperoni and mushrooms are usually the only options for slices.

    This. Any compounding pharmacy offers versions of this. The one down the street from me in our small village in WI offers it for $250 and they don't take insurance on it. @deadeyededric Have your BIL search compounding pharmacy near him and they will fill his prescription.
