I think the relationship of the donor to the university makes a difference. All State insurance, Nike, etc can give any amount & not be scrutinized vs an Iowa State alum. Not sure about how Nike and Oregon works. Also not sure how the Paycom guy & Ok State relationship & Rev Share works -

I am not sure the Iowa State (We Will) side will fundraise or have the whole $20 million raised this year. I am thinking that Wrestling may get a share of that non raised NIL budget to use if The Cardinal & Gold Collective can raise the money. If would help get around some of the monitoring... -

I am not sure how the bookkeeping works for this. But as of right now, the collective is still earning the money. Now that the Settlement is being "done", this could possibly change -
