    And the only way they are going to be in the ACC in 5 years is if there is a freeze on conference realignment due to Congress, which would prevent any Big 12 schools from leaving. With those brands gone, the Big 12 is considerably ahead of the ACC.

    Exactly. Tech and Utah wouldn't be in the Big 12 today if the Big 10 or SEC wanted them. They would have just taken them in '23 (or earlier).

    And the Big 12 isn't adding Oregon State and Boise. If we were, it would have happened in 2023. I don't want those schools left out, I'm just saying that the opportunity has been there and we didn't take it, and nothing's changed.

    I actually like listening to other school's announcers on Varsity. Always funny to hear their ads too - good way to learn about a place. K-State runs almost all the same ads we do, outside of local businesses. Okie State is rocking a good 50% of ours.

    I thought Fred and TJ were both reaches/mistakes. I thought Prohm was a very solid hire. I thought McDermott was a home run. Don’t let me run coaching searches.
