He’s very good at what he does… but I don’t think his skillset ever carries a championship caliber team

Brunson has straight up the best touch I've seen from a guard when he gets in the paint, best I've ever seen...but he pushes off, throws his body into players and whips his head back to create at least 6-7 bad calls every game. Both are true.

He's also not a very good defender. Tyrese has something like 150 less games and has WAY more blocks and steals than Brunson and Tyrese isn't even some kind of lock down defender.

Yeah I just don't think they should've scored there. Brunson had an open look and if he knocks down that 3 we're watching 2nd OT. Probably why I'm not a coach, but if I have the option there of running clock, taking fouls, and getting a chance to knock down 2 FTs with a few seconds left, that's what I'm doing.
They won so what they did worked. Why debate over decision that probably has a 10% or less difference in the outcome?

Don't want to know. I'm a few minutes behind, and am still watching the game!
I know I'm behind! I just saw the Hali 3, NO, just a 2! for the tie. Overtime!!!

Don't anyone spoil this for me. What a game!

This is especially nice after listening to so many talking heads all week saying the Knicks were going to control the series and it wasn't going to be close.

And if you miss 1 FT or turn it over on the 2nd inbound because they had a foul to give you are far more likely to lose than have a chance at 2OT

Dwayne Wade said on his podcast he heard it wasn't as many players polled as they said.

It was probably just the Bucks.

It was probably some players pissed they weren't picked for the Olympic team.

Either way, the kid is beloved by whoever plays with him and there hasn't been a more clutch team or a more clutch player in the playoffs this year. And, I'm no historian of the game, but these Indiana comebacks and Tyrese game winners/ties has to be rivaling the best all-time in the playoffs (to this point).

Shaq making a great point in post game that you can't let a player hit 5 late 4Q 3s.

After 2-3 you lock him down or just foul him.
