2025-26 Big 12 Rosters

At what point do we start to get concerned about the Big 12 taking a step back as a conference?

Houston, BYU, and Tech will be very good (only BYU projects better than this last year). ISU, KU, and Arizona are probably Top 20-25 teams (currently all project to be worse than last year). After that the conference is not looking very good...

Utah has a player transferring.

Numbers I find interesting looking at the latest Nallen report

There only 43 players from last year's Big 12 rosters returning to the same team, less than 3 per team. There are 3 teams with no returning players!

Of the 208 roster spots (assuming 13 per team) there are 50 of spots open currently.

Hard for fans to get excited about the upcoming season when they don't know the players.

Yeah I personally am losing more interest every year in big 12 basketball, with 8 new teams added in the past two seasons. Also having more new players on every roster than returning players, is getting really old really fast. I'm sick of it all.
