Didn’t want to spill the beans but I think @WVUhoops made a very good hire in Ross Hodge. A very capable ball coach, quietly super competitive and smart. And he’s got an athletic director that has total faith in him. Don’t see him cutting and running like the last guy.…

Maybe this is WVU’s TJ? Because his resume isn’t very exciting. 2 years as a head coach - 7th place conference finish (19-15 overall) and 2nd place (27-8) with 2 NIT appearances.

The big money donors are pissed at this hire. They said Devries was a better hire at a time when WVU was at a low point. They wanted a sexy hire--and the money was there.
