WBB: General All-NCAA Thread - Not Team Cyclones Stuff

Mississippi State (NET 34) wins in 2OT at Vanderbilt (NET 22).

Cal (NET 38) leading .500 Boston College in the 4th.

UCLA catching their 1st loss. Big 4th Quarter for the Trojans to pull it out.

Stayed up and watched that USC/UCLA game tonight, gotta say I do not see either of those teams winning the Title. Pretty sloppy ball overall. JuJu will need some help for USC to get to the final four. UCLA looked poor also. Betts and Rice, they also did not look like a title contender tonight. Have not watched them too much but tonight did not impress.

South Carolina, LSU, Texas, UCONN and Notre Damn all look a notch above those two.

So what are your feelings on TCU seeming to not care about the Character of one of the Star Players? Obviously Mark Campbell is ok with it.

And this is a serious question, do people care about the allegations against Prince? Are folks more concerned about winning or Character of the program.
I think you assume entirely too much, about Prince, Campbell & the TCU Athletic Department, but that's allowable on a fan board and you got the reactions you desire.

Well, we were on an 8-game winning streak leading up to the forfeit and then we went on to lose 6 of the next 8 including: TTU, Kansas, and UCF so with that plus this I'd say the hate is well earned.
Yes, plus his shenanigans had repercussions when it came to tournament seeding.

We lost the game before the forfeit to TTU. (Pushes up glasses)

Please tell us more of our assumptions or why we should not wonder about repeated allegations or no response from the University. What do you know about Prince and TCU that we do not, so we can be more informed and not make bad assumptions.

Not much on tonight so decided to watch the USC v UCLA game from last night. First time I’ve ever really watched Watkins play. Holy crap.

38 pts, 11 reb, 8 blk, 5 ast against the #1 team.

The bigger observation was: what a breath of fresh air from the previous WBB star who shall not be named.

In addition to being elite offensively, Watkins hustles. Plays intense D. Celebrates but rarely and usually directs her emotion at her teammates. And never whined to the refs.

I said:
1) TCU is my second favorite Big XII school, and
2) I believe Mark Campbell is an excellent recruiter and a fine coach.

You've fabricated everything else, which explains why I have no comment. You're assuming the worst of TCU and I'm assuming nothing because I don't know much about the situation.

As for the topic of this thread, I'm excited to see South Carolina and UCONN tomorrow at noon. Bueckers, Fudd and the top freshman in the country (Sarah Strong) versus the waves of talent South Carolina puts on the floor. I'm a big Tessa Johnson fan and MiLaysia Fulwiley has ludicrous athleticism, yet only plays 18 minutes / game! I'm prognosticating USC by ten.

I have not fabricated anything. Just you being you. I see no one in this thread agrees with you either.

Another head scratcher for me is Prince on the Wooden Award final 20 - I thought there was a citizenship component that would make it tough for me to have her on this list. Maybe they don't factor that in anymore since Wooden's passing.
