It was a terrible loss and it likely takes our top goals off the table (winning BXII; getting a 1 seed). Disheartening. Hoping to cling to a two seed. But lets not act like Otz still hasn't won against more top 10 opponents than any other coach in ISU history.

Not gonna lie, it legitimately was a historic loss:

Reset expectations, on to the next one. This team is seriously hurting without Milan and they need him in great form when he comes back.

It's not Milan, it doesn't help but this idea that somehow he makes up for what happened today is not right.

They hit a wall and need to work through it. He wil help cause he will be fresh, but he isn't going to fix this overnight.

We lost by 19 and were favored by 14.5 against the worst team in big 12. AT HOME. It does not get worse than this. Steve prohm never had a loss this bad. **** I doubt McDermott did either.

No one is arguing its not a bad loss but KState is not the worst team in the conference. They are going to finish around 10th and have been playing pretty good ball the last couple of weeks.

Yes. This team will be a sweet sixteen exit at best once again. Probably a 2 or 3 seed again. I’m fine with it but I won’t watch. At some point I need to have a realistic hope we can achieve a milestone like that. I’ll keep contributing to the athletics program and NIL but I have many better things to do on a Tuesday night

KSU is a lot better than their record indicates the are, they have done a nice job of righting the ship after a horrible start to their season. Like Arizona they are long and give teams a battle on the glass. Tang may be jerk, but the guy can coach. Get the feeling his team is going to do some damage down the road.
