SMU has absolutely nothing on the resume to be above ISU or BYU, maybe even with ISU, definitely cannot be 9 spots ahead.

Indiana too really, they didn't even play a CCG or they'd also have 3 losses. They played nobody but OSU and got killed, they didn't even play Iowa.

Depending on what happens in bowls/playoff it's a stretch to keep Tennessee and Indiana that high.

Boise St should jump Tennessee and Indiana if they're even remotely competitive in their game.
