Has the rot started to creep in?

If you’re aligned with one of the most disliked posters on this site, then you’re bound to get mixed in with their bad takes.

I have a problem with people equating fandom with how much money you contribute.

If that’s a bad take, I guess I can live with it.

Otherwise, as far as the team and staff is concerned, I don’t complain or get too worked up about it. So the idea of “If you don’t like it do something about it” doesn’t really apply to me.

When have I complained about this team?

Like I said earlier, I may have, but I’m generally pretty positive.

I don’t know what your problem is.
I think proudly proclaiming giving money to the program is a waste is not very productive. Trying to think of solutions to make this program better - you’re more in the camp of “complain online” rather than “do something about it”

You know those people that are miserable in a relationship but won’t leave their partner or do something to improve things? That’s you guys right now. Move on or do something

I think the same could be said of the losers whose first response to a win is to come to a thread to attack other posters, a thread that was started in the immediate aftermath of a loss to freaking Ohio.

People that are positive about the program rubbing a CYCLONE WIN in the face of negative cyclone fans is all good in my book. Some people had faith in this team and feel good about it.

If the team winning a game can give people ammo to roast you, maybe you’re not a great fan

After a loss those rotters attack the team with nonsensical BS. Why should the attackers be free from criticism?

According to sagarin we have the 41st ranked schedule, which is the 12th hardest in the top 25.

So you're saying that we don't have the easiest schedule that was ever scheduled? Shocking.

Not a good sign when you don’t understand what “the same could be said” means.
My man, if you’re afraid to come on to cyclone fanatic dot com after a cyclone win because people will bully you, maybe they’re not the bad guy here

"Nonsensical BS"?? Really? You thought we played great offensively in the 1st half last night?
You know that the game is determined at the end of the 4th quarter right? Or do you want go back to the McCartney era when we would hear about winning a quarter or half?

The horror! Our team won by 2 scores but had a bad half. Blow it all up, the rot is overflowing

No I didn’t. But realized we managed a tie at halftime and had faith in the team and coaches. Bellyaching just results in finger pointing and no real solutions. A lot of it was player mistakes and one person not executing usually means a failed play. I was actually more concerned with our defense. And that is still my biggest concern.

Once again, what’s your specific criteria for firing CMC?
I've never asked for the firing of CMC, and specifically have said we need to keep him.

I guess if we had like 4 years in a row of a losing record... then maybe we should?

Why does everyone want me to say we should fire him? Guess what.... I need to improve at doing my job at work too... and so does Matt. Not a big deal. Matt himself said not too long after the Ohio game last year that he blamed himself for not being more aggressive and allowing his players to win games. So he knows what needs done. He said at halftime last night too that they need to start throwing more to set up the run. Again... he's aware. But then he seems to go right back to his old stubborn ways again of coaching like KF at Iowa. And I don't think it's Mouser... it's been this way under many OC's under CMC.
