Dbag that tailgates right behind you, even when you're going over the speed limit.
Dbag that zips in and out of lanes to get to their destination 40 seconds faster.
Dbag that tosses their cigarette out the window.

Just dbags in general

The Open Container law. Has zero effect on drinking and driving. Has unintended consequence of increasing highway litter. Those that indulge just drink as usual and then quickly pitch it out the window. We have a neighboring couple who routinely enjoy going “on a beer cruise” in the evening and casually slow cruise the neighborhood & pitching the cans. We also live on a gravel road between two towns and the bar hoppers avoid the highway and down a six pack along the way which get chucked out the window. It’s really frustrating. I rate litterers right up there with liars and thieves.
That's kind of a uniquely Midwest thing I think. We have a serious alcohol problem.

Plenty of driving related things but one not mentioned yet are the giant pickups and suvs that get right on your ass with their super bright headlights in your rear view mirrors blinding you.

Golf carts driving in my neighborhood. Maybe the dumbest thing ever. Most of them are like 12 year olds too... that really ticks me off. What kind of parents let their young kids drive golf carts on residential streets? And one day I saw a guy driving his golf cart down the street with one hand on the steering wheel, and the other holding a weeks old infant.
Golf carts are for golf courses!! If you want to go for a ride in your neighborhood, take your car. The only reason you take a golf cart is to show off, or be seen, or something stupid like that.

Thanks for letting me rant.

People who immediately stand up when the plane lands and block the aisle. People who complain about ISU wearing all white or all black uniforms. People who drive under the speed limit.

Cigarette Butts discarded in public places. Really ticks me off smokers who flick butt out car window. I'd love to have super soaker with some odorous fluid in it, pull up to the person and douse them.

Food/cooks who make videos of their recipes on Instagram with the recipe in their description. Put that **** on a website so I can read it like a normal person. I don’t want to watch your video 1000000 times when trying to make it!

Slow golf, and that slow players never think they are slow.
Agree... but I also don't like really fast golfers either. Sure... I always let faster players play through, but on a weekend when the course is packed full, it doesn't do any good to let them through.

Part of the reason I love golf beyond how great the game itself is... is that it's a good getaway from the rat race of everyday life... to get out in nature and enjoy some peace and quiet. I don't really care if I have to wait a few minutes to hit my shot and just enjoy the quiet and slowed down pace.

I can't imagine wanting to rush through a round of golf, not enjoying it, and getting right back to my hectic life again. Yuck.
