***Baylor FB Game Week Discussion Thread***

They absolutely were trying to get Hakeem and David kicked out of the game. Just dirty football, no surprise from Baylor/Rhule.

I will say I think Aranda is a decent guy. Sucking at the coaching thing, dead man walking... but not a scumbag of a human.

They'll probably go hire Briles Junior to replace him.
I like Aranda. I can't say I wish him success because he coaches for Baylor.

But I do wish him well after he leaves. It's just that when Baylor gets their next coach, it will likely be someone closer to our beloved Ruhle, or Briles. Can't wait.

If there was ever a time for a new helmet sticker logo, Saturday would be it.

I gotta say though, I'll believe it if I see it.

Even if they all lost they'd still find a way to keep us out. No way a Big 12 team jumps 6+ spots. I hope I'd be wrong

#10 Michigan @ Washington
#11 USC
@ Minnesota
#14 Notre Dame vs. Stanford

Here are my predictions for those teams above ISU this weekend. If those outcomes happen, and ISU wins, I'd guess it'll look like this. (edited because forgot Ole Miss)

Does anybody know when the fireworks and drone show will be?

Pregame? If so, when?
Halftime?
Postgame?

Trying to plan the time for my arrival here.
630 too light out side for drone show and fireworks? Seems weird they would do both at half. Post game doesn't fit since people are jetting. But fireworks post game with a win would be awesome but sad trumpet sound with a loss.

The fireworks they did last year were before the game so I'd guess that'll be it. Drone show sounds like a halftime deal.

With all the hoopla going on with the white out, new uniforms, new helmets, fireworks, and drone show, I sure hope we remember win this game.
Winning is the only thing people inside the football facility care about

If they try the fireworks as a late potential game winning FG is kicked, hopefully whoever has the job to set them doesn't have happy trigger finger as it misses like an earlier game this season.

It's gonna be a very windy evening, so I hope we are factoring that into our game plan. Hopefully, we win the coin flip, defer, kick off to them with the wind at our back, hold them to a 3 and out, make them punt into the wind, and then spend the rest of the 1st half at their end of the field.

Man, I'm so bummed I won't be able to see this game. I live out of state so I only get to one game a year - thanks to my birthday being in the fall and it's my parents' present to me.

But I have to leave on an international work trip Saturday mid-morning and won't land until Sunday morning local time. We'll probably be over the ocean while the game is on so I don't think we'll get anything live. I'll still be abroad for the WVU game so maybe I can catch some of that.

I'm coming home for the TTech game on 11/2.

Not splurging for the WiFi on an international flight?

You think the voters will knock Michigan out of the top 25 from the 10 spot by losing a road game to Washington? That seems a bit much. As much as I don't think Michigan belongs in their spot, I feel like they would drop 6-7 spots losing to Washington.
