Eerily quiet board pre fu*keye game

A lot of fans I know are expecting EIU to win handily and aren’t excited for a beat down, so maybe that’s it. Idk. I hope the team surprises me.
I just see the same game we always do. Looks like an even matchup. Cyclones may even look to be the more impressive team overall. We’ll just make a really big mistake or two at the worst time and they’ll hit the big play right when they need it. We’ve all seen the movie and it really sucks.

We can win this game, Iowa has benefitted from a weak and incompetent Big 10 West for far too long. They have no proven offensive talent and their defense is great but not perfect. Rocco has a great arm, Sama can hit home runs, and Campbell has been so close in most of these games.

Really just hoping for no more injuries this week. If we happen to win, that’s awesome, but more concerned about the rest of the season at this point.

Put down the kool-aid; embrace reality. Even with our starting linebackers, ISU loses. We always find away to piss it down our leg. We can't help but to make one or more mistakes than iowa. Hopefully you all have something constructive to do on standby when, not if things go south during the game. Like clubber Lange predicted in Rocky III, tomorrow's outlook: pain.

Cause I laid an appropriate sized wager on Iowa to ensure an ISU win. Vegas saw that and had to adjust the line. You’re all welcome.

I emptied what was left in my betting account on the iowa ML. I’ll be mad if I win, but at least it will give me a bunch of funds to bet with for the next few weeks.

I used to be so jacked for this game. A lot of the time I couldn't sleep the night before. Last night I slept fine. I just do not have that excitement for this game this year probably because I feel like we just do not have much of a chance today. Most other years I was excited because I thought we had a chance to win.
