Thought Pezman was doing a good job. Football hasn't done well, but they got rid of Holgorsen and had a good hire in Fritz. Basketball has done great under Pezman.

The president is involved a lot in athletics and pulled the trigger on Holgorsen after listening to his interview dismissing recruiting essentially. Tilman Fertitta is lurking in the background too and may have had a hand in this.

Maybe Pezman got crossways w Fertita or he just has someone else he wants in the role. Heck maybe Fertita will be new AD and put 20M in the NIL fund
