Seems like a case is a 12 pack
This link says a pallet is limited to 2200 pounds. A 12 pack is 20 pounds
It says that’s about 100 cases

Hard to tell how deep it is but my math tells me that's ~1500 cans (9 levels x 14 cans wide x 12 cans deep)
Beer Can Alley sold 1500 cans in 7 hours. That doesn't even account for what was sold at The Exchange. Keep it up Cyclone fans!

Somehow the Ames Lager packaged date has gotten older at the Grimes Hy-Vee. Bought a 6 pack yesterday with an 10.11.2023 date.
I'm glad I'm not the only person who finds this weird. You'd think we'd start seeing some fresher dates. Everything I've found so far is from last fall.
HyVee on Jordan Creek/University still has 10/12/23

Did HyVee just order way too much last fall so it’s all sitting in their distribution center?
Im quite sure @ZJohnson will get it figured out once he is there for a bit.
The date on the cans in Omaha is 03/19/24. Tastes just like mine at home with the October date.

They'd get rid of it a lot quicker if they dropped it on pallets like they do with that Swarm crap.
Or just get it on the shelves. Still hard to find it sometimes.
Never have found it in NC Iowa I've always gotten mine in Ames or Milford

Has anyone had any luck finding Ames Lager around Des Moines? The Hy-Vees out in WDM don't have it (not even a spot for it), and University Liquor was out. Heck, one of the managers at Hy-Vee told me "oh they stopped making that", which I told him wasn't accurate but got blown off.
