DeJean played mostly zone in college, while he is athletic, it would be stretch to throw him into to the KC defense that plays mostly man to man and expect the same type of production he had at EIU. Kid will make a great safety for some team, but I have my doubts about him playing corner in the league.
I just don’t see it with because they have several needs to address and Sneed wants to get as much as possible
I wouldn’t bet on him falling out of the first. Mocks give too much weight to the combine
I think he can play corner but he is still learning the position but his best use might be as a guy you can move all over the field.
My point is if he can’t get the 23-25 mil that he wants, maybe he plays under the tag, and then tests the free agency waters next year
Also add LT to the shopping list. Smith is a free agent.
Glad to get Jones locked up, regardless what they do with Sneed not too worried about that side of the ball as I am with the offense. Upgrading WR is still the biggest need as is shoring up LT somehow.

He was actually pretty good last year. And definitely played well in the playoffs.
Depending how the picks ahead shape up I could see us going Tackle with our top pick.

I feel like WR is definitely going to have some solid picks available at 32… But if Brock Bowers falls into the early 20s I’d love to trade up for him.
Very possible if not for sure in the 2nd or 3rd round if someone that makes sense is available. Would be nice to add Tyron Smith there but probably don't have the money make that happen. Bringing back Donovan Smith is still a possibility too but just like Taylor at RT he was a penalty machine at times.
I'd like to see us start looking for Kelce's replacement. A guy that could come in and learn from #87 for a few years.
