The Vikings and Giants played in Detroit the very next day after the Metronome collapsed in 2010. That's a traveling party of over 100 instead of about 20 and they were able to make it work without any issues.

What were traveling conditions like? Are there more hotels available in Detroit than Ames?

How many games did each team have that week?

So now we'll have to play like 3 games in 4 days type of deal in late February. That will probably work wonders for our defensive effort and intensity we need to compete.

I know it’s a hard concept to understand for some, but life is bigger than basketball. Grand scheme of things, who cares if they have to play an extra game some week. It shouldn’t effect your life in the slightest if they do, and if for some reason it does, get help.

I’d rather have everyone safe than have them risk it and something bad happen.

They haven’t even announced it’s canceled yet either, unless I missed something.

Lol, how many hotels do you need to accommodate a basketball team of about 20 people? Football teams usually only take up 1-2 floors at hotels let alone a 12 man basketball team.

Parts of Oklahoma also got snow and places have had to cancel events.
wasn't it like 60 degrees there yesterday? (stillwater). I know it sucks there today, which again is why I am questioning the decision to fly out today. Maybe I am missing something and just being a prick.
