Me too since the AD literally said that they would be in CyTown lol (I think).

Seems like sort of a waste in such a prime location, on football game days at least. I guess maybe not the other 357 days of the year.

Great, if we can just get a couple of dentists, a law firm or two, a tile shop and a couple mattress stores, this will be perfect. I thought this was going to be an entertainment district? Is this just going to be another run of the mill strip mall?

I think McF makes a lot of sense in that location. LARGE population nearby.

Could be a great fit. A clinic has a lot of employees, visitors and 8a-5p M-F business. If restaurant/bar, coffee shop, general retail and some residential are focus of project- makes sense.

A clinic also bring employees and patients year round that could spend at other businesses in the development. Sound like it will also provide services, equipment to student athletes.
