I do agree that nobody really knows what's going to happen 20 years down the line.

I've streamed on YTTV while in JT numerous times.Attendance at football games doesn’t matter for these media contracts. People at the game are not watching it on tv
And? You think the entire stadium is doing that?I've streamed on YTTV while in JT numerous times.
I’ve failed to get a signal on my phone to even check scores while in JT numerous times.I've streamed on YTTV while in JT numerous times.
Lol - a lot of bs said to admit the top schools in the big 10 could be poached, just like what has happened in several other conferencesLol, way to go after that W.
The TwitterX floating an SEC 9 game schedule with the addition of two teams.
That's a lot of SEC football needing a window
Can a dual “horns down” work for UU?So has the SEC come out with a "NO HORNS DOWN" ruling yet?
Is the future 2024? Did the Big12 get a locked in time slot?I fear that the Big10 and SEC are going to get all the ABC and Fox slots in the future, leaving everyone else on ESPN or FS1.
Is the future 2024? Did the Big12 get a locked in time slot?
Yes, actually. John McDaid, the SEC's coordinator of football officials, was asked this and responded with what is bolded:So has the SEC come out with a "NO HORNS DOWN" ruling yet?
But that doesn't mean viewership comes from casual fans. Most people who watch primetime games are hardcore fans of another team.Look at any prime time game. You think the majority of those fans are fans of each program?
The smaller games will be viewed by local fans (games on ESPN+, for example) Games on the big noon kickoff, 2:30 CBS/ABC, prime time 7:00 games will draw the casual fan. And since those games have by far the highest viewership, viewership of casual fans would outweigh those of fans of the programs.
I mean I bet you watch just about most prime time football games, even if it’s not involving your teams, right?
