I've been kind of bored tonight (obviously), so I watched Joe Dirt again (great comedy for anyone that hasn't seen it) and was reminded of the current situation around our MBB team when I heard the following quotes...... :biggrin:
To Joe Dirt from Radio Host (Dennis Miller):
"You are an underachievement nexus in the universe. It'll always be like this, Joey."
Joe Dirt's Response:
"But you got to keep going.
I won't quit. That's not an option.
You gotta keep on keeping on. Life's
a garden, dig it, make it work for you.

That's my philosophy. You hear that?"
-The 1st quote reminded me of some of the nancy's around here claiming most of our players & coaches are not worthy of being in the Big XII and they will never achieve.
-I hope the 2nd quote encompasses our coach's and team's attitudes moving forward. They just need to keep pressing on and good things will come - there's really no other option. As long as they keep working hard and believe in each other, good things will eventually come.
