This is a bad matchup, in terms of a "lower quality team" matching up well with us. OSU is long, athletic, and can defend. Potentially that means they can lock down the perimeter, create havoc blocking our lane shots, and can man up in the post (where we've had a decent advantage in Big 12 play). Their offense struggles, but they have a chance to create transition oops on the defensive end and score easy points.
Its paramount that we limit TOs, rebound well, and have better shot selection than we had against Texas. This is another game where I think the athleticism and defensive aggression will make BRE a major liability. They have the length to defend straight up and he's and easy double when he takes his time.
Limiting offense boards/second chance points will be crucial as will making their offense succeed in the half court. If we do those things they will likely have a hard time scoring enough points.
