Honestly at this point if it's possible, I say get a medical redshirt for Casey then just have him start bulking to 157 for next season. Let Redding bulk up to 141 for the remainder of this season, I understand this will lower our rankings this year but I'd rather have a healthy Casey for 4 years if possible.

According to their website it was Cal Baptist back in November, 29-9. CB got wins at 125 (fall) and 184. UVU won the other 8, with 2 MD (141 and 197) and 1 Fall (149).

Anyone know if the team would go and watch the Utah Valley/UNI Dual tonight since they’re in town? Just a random/irrelevant thought I had.

UNI wins the dual 34-9. UVU lacked a tank overall. The only guys that seemed to have anything left in the tank were #7 Romero at 174 and Trussel at heavy. Degado at 149 just gave up at the end and it resulted in a fall.

UNI looked aggressive and after the bonus points. Keck is just so strong and technically sound. UNI did not weigh anyone in at 197.

I project a 30-6 match tomorrow, but could swing even more in ISU favor. I think we have to be favored at 8 weights. 174 is the only weight where UVU should be favored.

Wrestling is my #1 sport, with football a close second. Basketball is a distant third. Still, it has been a hell of a day, with each contest just getting better. Really looking forward to 9PM.

I am guessing that we see MJ or Manny at 174. Fuessly at 125. Do we see Redding or Casey at 141? I don't think that we see Perryman at 125, but would not be surprised to see us roll him out 1-2 times later this season. I think that he still has a couple available without losing his redshirt. But we need to get Cabanban his reps to qualify that spot for NCAA, if he can get into the rankings, which I think he can.
