***2022-23 MBB General Thread***

I agree that KU has been gifted the last 2 games (although they may have still won in regulation vs OSU), but there is part of me that likes it that other teams in our conference (especially those from Texas) get screwed once in awhile. Now they can understand what we have had to put up with for half a century. But, make no mistake, what happened to TTU was crap - Batcho should have been on the line with a chance to put his team ahead.
I think it was the freshman that got tripped, Batcho went down, but the freshmsn should have gotten the freethrows.

Before Isaac was tripped, the KU player was holding Batcho the entire time and literally tackled him to the ground. Fran F mentioned that on the broadcast of how the refs missed that blatant hold. But, yes, there was also a foul on Isaac - take your pick - terrible reffing all the way around!

LOTS of ranked teams losing tonight

#4 UCONN down to Providence second half

#13 Arkansas up 2 over #15 Missouri second half

#19 Baylor up ten at half to #17 TCU

#22 Auburn loses to an average Georgia team

#12 Miami loses to a bad Georgia Tech team

#16 Duke loses by 24 at not very good NC State

I was kind of wondering how UConn would handle the undefeated bubble being burst and looks like they may need to regroup a bit.

We are going to need to stay in front of Mike Miles on Saturday. Holy crap he is fast to the bucket.

Need to do everything we can to get back and not give a lot of fast breaks.

Looks like the Dookies aren’t very good this year. I get they are transitioning but wouldn’t hate to see them be just another team.

They have athletes for dayssssss. They remind me of alot of Baylor teams. Just long and athletic. Dixon has a really good team there this year.

I was thinking that Mike Miles looks like one of Baylors point guards they have seemed to have every year up until just the last year or so.
