Just how good is the B12 in basketball?

It feels like in football it was better to have TCU go 9-0 at the expense of everyone else to make the CFP. But in basketball if all teams can finish between 12-6 and 7-11 in conference games we can get 10 into the dance and who cares if we’re all 3 through 10 seeds.

West Virginia is now ranked 11th on Torvick. That was surprising, it also looks like they have a good offense this year which is unusual for them.

Yeah for them good offense and they're still pretty solid defensively.

Joe Lunardi already has a bracket.

I despise that guy. He freakin acts like he is the end all be all. Let the committee do the seedings and roll out the tourney. But if he can get people to pay him good for him I guess.

It was unprecedented good the past 3-4 years and the talking heads just catching up to it. So even though it appears a little down this year, still ridiculous top to bottom.
It’s been the top league in KP for maybe 9-10 years in a row. Realistically this may be the longest stretch of dominance of a league in modern history.

Maybe the good question is "Why" is the big 12 so dominate, top to bottom, year after year?
Players, coaching, schemes, officiating, teamwork .... luck?

I want a job like his, Kiper, and the NFL Game Day folks who don't have to be accurate at all with their deep dives/predictions.

I honestly think double round robin has made the league really strong. I know I'll miss that with the new league.

It’s certainly makes the first two rounds of tournament seem less intense than otherwise.
