This will be an interesting CFP decision. You move USC above OSU, or let the B1G media bias carry the day?
This and how bad OSU got run on their own turf. OSU barely has any quality wins.Everyone is clammering for USC to be back. It will be them.
Yep. And the big comparison is they both played Notre Dame. USC smashed the Irish and Ohio State struggled for a lot of that game. They will talk about it being Week 1 and how it’s hard to even compare the teams from that long ago, but Notre Dame was really struggling then. USC clobbered a much better Notre Dame team. This and how bad OSU got run on their own turf. OSU barely has any quality wins.
Usc will get it, but if they lose their ccg then osu is right back in. Same w tcu. If they beat kst they will stay in, but lose and they are boned. More interesting would be what happens is GA loses? Prob they get the nod over osu.
Honestly, there is a nonzero chance TCU wins and OSU jumps them anyway. "They didnt dominate the game by 30 all the way thru, so they are suspect" or whatever bullsh1t excuse they want to trot out this year.
If it all holds and each of those four win, anything other than that order is just wrong. Anything other than those four teams would be criminal. If no one loses-
Georgia
Michigan
TCU
USC
I’d have ohio st probably 5th
Michigan and TCU would be an intriguing matchup. TCU might actually have a shot.If it all holds and each of those four win, anything other than that order is just wrong. Anything other than those four teams would be criminal.
What I want.
1) Georgia win their ccg
2) TCU wins their CCG
3) USC. Wins their CCG
4) Michigan somehow loses their CCG.
Different Era and Different System, but 2001 Nebraska and 2003 Oklahoma from the Big Xii say "Hi".I don't know how a team can get rung up by 3 TDs at home this late and be in there but the BTN dorks last night were also trying to say Michigan should be #1 since they beat #2 and I'd imagine others will have a similar take.
