Help: fridge is rattling

When we had a fridge repaired a few years ago, I was surprised to learn that on modern refrigerators they have a single cooling circuit that only cools the freezer directly. To keep the fridge side cold, they open a little door flap between the freezer and fridge compartments (behind the Conquest thing in the photo you posted). Is your fridge either freezing things or not getting as cold? It could be the little motor that controls that door flap stuck or going bad. On our fridge it got stuck open so the fridge side kept freezing things.

If you turned off the water, it is probably that small copper tube feeding water that is rattling. Anytime we messed behind the fridge, that piping would rattle.

Maybe the floor is just slightly off kilter. I would carry the fridge downstairs to the basement, don’t unload it as that could affect it, and see if it happens when down there. Then carry it back up once you find out.

That’s what I think is going on. But how do you find/fix that?

Move the tubing around until it doesn't rattle. It can be time consuming.
I did. The rattling is behind that housing in the pic. I can’t figure out how to take that off to get at it.

So she's even hotter? (Helping you out here if she is reading over your shoulder)
Oh, For sure.
