Pretty sure I heard a “go hawks” in there. They have to be ******** everywhere they go.

But if you look on every forum and social media around, all the TOE fans say they none of them are like that and never act that way or do things like that. They are all saints, and the nicest least trolling fans on the planet.

They have to be one of the fan bases with the least self awareness there is.

No joke.

Last summer my wife and I went hiking across the Kilauea Iki trail in Hawaii with some friends. I was wearing an ISU hat. We crossed paths with maybe 10 other people the entire hike. You would think that being in the middle of a remote volcano crater in Hawaii, we would be safe from having to hear a "Go Hawks", but we were not. Sadly, morons are everywhere.

It’s so idiotic. I was at the tournament game against Lsu this year in wisconsin and a dude in an Iowa football Jersey yelled “go hawks” at my wife and I on the concourse. The cheapest tickets to get in were 200$. Get a life you ******* losers

I was reading a post on Reddit the other day, a woman was complaining about Cyclone fans....

She explained when she was on RAGRBRAI a couple years ago, it went through Ames, She said she happened to wear a Hawkeye shirt that day, and couldn't believe how terrible Cyclone fans treated her. She explained several times people yelled "Go Cyclones" .....IN AMES!

She then went on to explain that hawk fans are NEVER like that. She said the only time HAWK fans are anything like that is during CyHawk week, the rest of the year even in Iowa City if you wear Cyclone gear no one would EVER yell at you or heckle you. Because the rest of the year they always cheer for the Cyclones.

Cyclone fans are just so much worse she said.

And she was serious......that is the idiotic part.

How come not one that states "Vomited on Welch avenue late at night"?
Nor, "get headbutt, break your nose, run up and down Welch screaming, "I've got the AIDs!" with blood streaming down your face, before 'swimming' in the middle of the road and avoiding arrest."
