Well, it took 3 pitchers, but Texas finally got out of the first inning down just 5-1.

Third HR of the game for Oklahoma and it’s 7-1, bottom of the third. No, I do not feel sorry for Texas at all.

EDIT, 4th HR, second in the third inning. Score now 10-1. Oh. My. Goodness.

Alo with yet another Home Run. She is unreal. Scary thing is the Sophomore Jennings behind her is absurdly good as well.

Now 14-1

As much as like seeing a team in burnt orange get their ass kicked… at what point does this game turn into a negative for the sport. Can’t imagine many people will tune in tomorrow (compared to tonight) to watch the same thing happen again.

Also is the run rule (8 runs after 5 innings) not in effect during the champ series?

Have other teams tried hitting 20 homeruns per game? That seems to be an effective strategy for OU.

Naw it's fine if people don't mind Bama putting beat downs on teams in FB why should it hurt in SB? Nobody quit watching WBB when UConn was dominate.

If I'm home and the J6 hearing time doesn't conflict, you bet I'll be watching. I love watching good college sports teams, especially sports I played in high school. Besides, this is a best of 3 series for the championship. It's not like a decades-long reign.

That and not committing many errors. Those outfielders had to be kicking themselves mentally.

Bad error from Texas costs them. Game tied up at 2.

Also this sweet catch by OU centerfielder:

I’ve been back and forth between this and the J6 hearing. I took a couple side trips to FNC, but softball is much more entertaining and awesome than that.
Missed the scoring in the 4th although the third Texas out in the 5th was one heck of a diving catch.

No reason yet for same score as last night, but if the OU bats are working, I’m good with it.

OU wins back-to-back titles and their 6th overall. Win this game 10-5.

Did anyone else see Texas head coach Mike White holding the assistant coach back after that last out of the game? What was up with that?
