He's had a tough life no doubt so I can't fault him for the money chase especially in this day in age with NIL going crazy. However I can wish for him to not succeed and for Texas to lose every game. His return to Ames will be pretty hostile I'll bet. I'm also really tired of in-conference transfers (I'm aware we got Enaruna).

Wow, you guys missed the most obvious NBA comp for TH, and ironic considering his season just ended last night. He is a Jalen Brunson clone.

In addition to being a freak athlete even amongst the NBA freaks, Westbrook is 6’3” with a 6’8” wingspan. Chris Paul is a better size comp, but neither of their games really resemble Tyrese’s. I don’t watch a ton of NBA anymore, but I’m struggling to find a comp for him, which probably tells you something.

My comp for Tyrese is Pat Beverly. Very good defensively and makes that his big thing, but Tyrese isn't quite the shooter Beverly is yet. I do think he can get there and be a similar player but I don't think he'll ever be in a situation like Haliburton is where a team is building around him.
