There is delusional and then there is just plain stupid. This bracket is stupid.

Lunardi post selection likes to pat himself on the back only for the number of teams that he correctly predicted would get in.
He never seems to mention how far off he is regarding seeding.
I saw that when Bracket Matrix didn't show us in all of the brackets still. That site is rated 132 out of 135 for the veterans group of brackets. http://www.bracketmatrix.com/rankings.html Not sure I would put much trust into that one leaving us out.

That is why I went and looked at the bracket. I was wondering who he had instead of ISU and wow, they sure know how to pick them.
I was looking at that one earlier too. I think this person just really likes some mid-majors.
I find this thread interesting but we’ll find out where we’re seeded soon enough. Finish strong and we should get a good seed. Hoping defense travels and we can score enough to do some damage.
Just proves any moron with an internet connection thinks they are a bracketologist now. This is the biggest mess I've ever seen. Utah State is nowhere near the bubble and teams like Vermont won't be an 8 seed.
Yeah, I think highest seed America East ever received is 13 (season Vt upset Syracuse in R64). Not saying an 8 *couldn't* happen eventually, but, it ain't gonna this year.
Some movement maybe in the next iteration of bracket updates for us?

USA Today guys have us as an 8 seed.. thats fine and all.. but they have Creighton as the 9.

I'm expecting we end up in the 8/9 game in one of the regions. Still a great accomplishment and you never know what might happen!
Happy these guys are playing through the challenges and still trying to get better. Certainly proving me wrong now (as I had written off our chances a while ago). Hope to finish strong...still 3-6 games left!

That just tells you how little effort really goes into most of these.
In fairness, there's so much uncertainty, there isn't really any point in putting a lot of effort into it either. You could spend 5 minutes or 5 days, and have equal chances of having it close to right.
Honestly I think the actual seeding is too complicated for the "bracketologists". Plus teams/matchups change daily so really no reason to try to follow the seeding rules.
Fair, regarding placement/matchups, probably not much put into that if it's a frequent update, at least (seeding still should be accurate as possible, though).
USA Today bracket maker (BracketWag.com) isn't even in the top 70 of bracket makers. Their bracket is worthless
People, let's get smarter and only use top bracket makers
