Smaller school, enrollment, graduate population, state population, etc.. No excuses.
They won football games 25 years ago??

Is the difference number of donors? And with the increase in levels, by the projections we’ll still be behind them.
Is the difference number of donors?
The data showing where we stand in comparison to our peer universities is somewhat embarrassing. Of course I'm throwing stones down here at my State level donation.
We ALL need to make this happen for everything JP talked about and I’m sure our fan base WILL do it. Let’s all recruit new donors by reaching out to alum and friends of ISU and getting them involved.
Go Cyclones
Half that is probably Snyder.Honestly it's a little disheartening that KSU is ahead of us in donations by $6M
Half that is probably Snyder.
So Iowa is joining the Big XII...who knew!
This seems to be the key - approximately just 6700 of us donors when we have 60,000+ at games and several hundred thousand living alumni? I know the attendance includes families and students, but seems like this list should easily be doubled. Need to figure out how to promote more CC members.Don‘t apologize for being a donor at any level or even a non donor season ticket holder. We can all do more, 6K donors is a significant factor.![]()

I'm just looking at the increases, many around 50% and you're going to get more people moving down a level of canceling membership all together. Where at say 20% they think 5K to 6k i can handle that. Why keeping Campbell is such a priority for the AD. And part of retaining him is paying up.

Surprised me too. He expressed a few years ago that the existing donor base was about tapped. Again, with fears of not being able to grow the base; here comes Pollard & Light. This doesn’t signal milking to me, but fear of what the new B12 TV contract will be; he eluded to it re: Hilton renovations.Yeah the 50% number surprised me too. We we’re always going to increase, but you don’t want to make people feel like you’re milking them rather than trying to find new donors.
Nowhere in the video does JP talk about increasing the number of donors - there has to be a strategy to do that right!? Simply going to the same well (s) over and over again is not a winning strategy especially in this time of inflation.
