Tuesday night random thoughts by Wx.

My current vehicle is an Accord and with #3 knocking on the door I am concerned with space. I briefly thought about just flipping a coin each time we take my car and the loser goes in the trunk but deep down I do love them so I am passing on that. Car market is rough and I really don't know what I want/what would give me more space. I would prefer some kind of hybrid.

Along with this is also do we invest in buying a camper? Probably not, will likely just rent one for Oshkosh.

Unfortunately it’s time to become uncool. Buy the minivan. It’s the best and most economical option.

(just saw a commercial for pre made drink mixers—one was a mixer for whiskey sour……. So basically squirt? How difficult is that?)

the other option is the Suburban. Half the fuel economy but can tow your camper if needed.

Already have one can (Sienna) and want to avoid a second.

Woof on the timing as the used car/new car market is freakin' bad. Honda Odyssey is still the best family mobile ever IMHO. And they drive and ride nice, not like the damn big ass SUV's everyone love so much. Easy access for kids and adults. Easiest to put kids in baby/kid seats to, sliding door and reaching in and not in and up. I don't get why families drive anything else.

How many times a year do you think you would use it? Do you have the space to store it the other 50 weeks of the year?
I know an older couple that bought a fifth wheel. Sold it after a few years. They said they could rent one when they wanted and it would still be cheaper than the monthly payments.

Like most things probably not as much as I would like or think. Also I would be perfectly fine with a pop up but I don’t think that is worth the investment for MrsWx.

She is going to check with a family friend to see if we can borrow their camper for Oshkosh.

Have considered the ignore feature for a couple posters but since I don’t seem to be in many of the same threads I haven’t done it. Both love the dumb icon, probably 40% of their reactions. Saw once where one of the dumbing posters posted something. Aother poster repeated it with agreeing and the dumbing poster gave it a dumb. Let’s you know the belligerent and closed minded individuals are at least.

Just for the heck of it, I opened the moonroof (unless I still don't know the difference and it's a sunroof) on my way to work today. Bumping 60 degrees at 7:15 a.m. in mid-December with humidity high enough to make all the streets wet - who wouldn't open it?
And yes, I remembered to close it when I got to work. I also washed the vehicle last night.

I have been dumbing more than my average number of posts lately. I guess I have been getting less tolerant of general stupidity on here. Probably a "me problem".

So now that I am on your ignore list and you can't see me dumbing your posts how can I piss you off now?

Pretty froggy here this morning but son's school bus didn't have the fog beacon on. That is kind of strange since I think his bus driver has it on most mornings even when it is clear.

You’re good. It’s the obvious third grade reactions where they dumb because of the poster most likely. Like I mentioned one was a person agreeing with them.

Unplugged the inflatable Christmas decorations and put rocks on them. MrsWx suggested bringing them back in. This falls under the category of wife suggestion more work than is needed when she is not doing said work.
