My heart was already broken. Not much to be gained or lost in this one. It is what it is.
And Brock’s drive got bailed out by a reviewed call that put them at the 1/2 yard line. Purdy is better than Dekkers but you can’t argue with results. Purdy has done NOTHING all game. Dekkers had a hot hand and just let a scoring drive.
He’s benched and we go 3 and out.
There was some debate over whether this is the biggest failure for a cyclone team, not sure about that. But it is the most disappointing season in recent history. Other teams we just flat out sucked and got the doors blown off and had no expectations.
Careful. I get crucified whenever I admit the truth about this disaster of a season.
It would have been really, really nice if we could have stolen this one, but it ultimately doesn't feel like we deserve it. Poor coaching, too many mistakes, and Oklahoma capitalized at every turn. Frustrating.
Let me introduce you to the 1980s and 1990s.get some freeking perspective please.
How? we are going Bowl, we have done that very few times in the history of ISU.
Well they know how to call plays as well. Need to take a hard look at changes in the offensive coaching staff.
Dumbest take ever. Every play has progressions and the 3 yard is never the first read. NO offensive coordinator calls a 3 yard route, it's just what the quarterback reads as the best option.
This game is a perfect synopsis of the year…just too many mistakes, missed opportunities, bad penalties
Average would beat one of TT and WVU. We are a below average team.
